  • What is the length of the contract, and can it be extended?
    The initial contract is valid for 2 years, as stated in the Contract of Employment. Upon successfully completing the contract, employees may be offered a new contract in another country where the employer or its partners operate legally. In this arrangement, employees can rotate between the four specified countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland) over 2-year intervals, allowing them to work with us for up to 8 years.
  • Can I be transferred to another country within the EU?
    Yes, the employer reserves the right to transfer employees to other countries where the company or its partners operate legally. In such cases, the current contract will be canceled, and a new contract, documentation (including visa), and accommodation will be arranged at the employer's expense. Additionally, the employer may relocate employees to a different location within the same country as needed, with updated documents and accommodation provided at no extra cost.

  • Who will you be working for?
    EuroTalent Hunt is a recruitment company specializing in sourcing talent from outside the European Union and partnering with local manpower agencies in Europe for employment. In your case, you will work through EMPRA – European manpower and recruitment agency. You will receive a contract and a guarantee letter from EMPRA, facilitated by EuroTalent Hub as their recruitment partner in India. All applicants across the four countries will be on the payroll of EMPRA in Europe. EMPRA will handle your placement, accommodation, and legal representation.
  • Can I take up a second job while working through EuroTalent Hunt?
    No, secondary employment is strictly prohibited. Employees must dedicate themselves fully to their primary role as specified in their employment contract.
  • What is the net salary per month?
    The net salary is ₹1,25,000 per month at the current exchange rate (1 Euro = 91 INR).
  • What benefits are included?
    Employees receive full social security benefits, including: Pension fund contributions Health insurance coverage Legal representation
  • Will the employer provide meals?
    Yes, the employer provides one hot meal per day at no cost to employees. Upon arrival, you will fill out a dietary request form to accommodate diverse preferences.
  • Are promotions and salary raises possible?
    Yes, promotions are common. Employees will receive performance evaluations every 3, 6, and 12 months. Based on these evaluations and a personal interview, employees may be considered for promotions and salary increases.
  • What kind of accommodation is provided?
    The employer provides lodging, typically in 2–3-bedroom apartments or worker hotels. Rooms are shared, with 2 employees per room, and include a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
  • Are there any rules or deposits related to accommodation?
    Employees must sign a property damage declaration and are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper maintenance. Any damages will result in reimbursement by the employee. The employer reserves the right to withhold a 3-month lodging deposit, which will be refunded automatically upon completing the 3-month probation period. After probation, accommodation is provided free of charge.
  • Can I choose my own accommodation?
    No, employees cannot change their accommodation freely, as the Resident Card is issued with a specific address. Any changes can only be made by the employer in cases of relocation.
  • What are the working hours?
    You will typically work 8-hour shifts.
  • Will I have to work overtime or on public holidays?
    Yes, the employer reserves the right to require overtime, including work during public holidays.
  • How will I be compensated for overtime?
    Overtime will be compensated on a pro-rata basis and included with your monthly salary.
  • Is transportation to work provided?
    Yes, transportation to and from the workplace is provided free of charge by the employer.
  • Can I travel during my free time?
    Yes, employees are free to travel across the Schengen Area during their free time or days off. The employer provides a travel letter to facilitate this.
  • What medical coverage is provided?
    All employees are covered under the company's medical plan, as outlined in their Contract of Employment. A designated company doctor or general practitioner will be assigned to employees. Medical emergencies and incidents will be handled directly by the employer.
  • What should I do if I fall sick?
    Employees must report any sickness to their supervisor and submit a medical receipt within 24 hours.
